This lecture is intended to introduce why faculty development is important in our Maternal Child Health Fellowship Curriculum.
For the activity on writing educational objectives, it is best if you use one of your own lectures to either write or re-write more effective educational objectives. You should pause the power point while you work on the activity and resume the power point when you are finished. The intended amount of time for this lecture with the activity is approximately 20-25 minutes.
